Our events are kept deliberately affordable, and seats are limited, so a confirmed seat is a real commitment to the room.

Our policy

​

• Tickets are non-refundable.

• However, your seat is transferable to a future session of the same club if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice before the event.

• To transfer, just email us before the 48-hour mark and we will move your booking.

If we cancel

​

If we cancel or substantially change an event, you will always be offered a full refund or a transfer, your choice.

This policy keeps our small rooms full and fair to everyone on the waiting list.
