Ticket Terms

The terms of attending a Cerno Society event. Last updated May 2026.

 

 

By booking a seat at a Cerno Society event, you agree to these terms.

Your ticket

​

• A ticket admits one person to the named session. Seats are limited and allocated in order of booking.​

​

• Tickets are priced to cover the cost of running the event. As a not-for-profit, any surplus is reinvested into the Society's objects.

Changes and cancellation by us​

​

If we have to cancel or substantially change an event, we will offer you a transfer to a future session or a full refund.

​

Refunds and transfers by you

​

Tickets are non-refundable, but your seat is transferable to a future session of the same club if you give us at least 48 hours' notice before the event. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Conduct

​

Attendance is conditional on our Code of Conduct, which we email to you when you book. We may decline entry to anyone in breach of it, without a refund.
